I currently practice in three separate locations, Harley street W1, Brentwood in Essex and Hoddesdon in Hertfordshire. I see both adults and young people and I work with a wide range of issues in private practice, including self harm, eating disorders, chronic fatigue syndrome, fibromyalgia and other chronic illnesses. Alongside my private practice I have also worked within the NHS as a Psychotherapist offering time limited counselling and psychotherapy.
I also have extensive experience of working in the addiction field. Addictions and addictive behaviours can be devastating for sufferers as well as those closest to them. If you are worried or are concerned about someone you know please feel free to contact me. If for any reason I think I'm not the best person to help I will endeavour to put you in touch with someone who can as soon as possible.
I trained at WPF Therapy, considered to be
one of the leading organisations in
psychotherapy and counseling. I have a
Postgraduate Diploma in Psychodynamic
Theory and Practice from the University of
Roehampton. I returned to complete my
Diploma in Working with Adolescents at WPF
Therapy in London Bridge. I have also trained
in Dynamic Interpersonal Therapy (DIT) which
is currently being used within the NHS as a
time limited therapy. I offer both time limited
and open ended psychotherapy in my private practice.
